Savara Shipping Policy (South Africa)

At Savara, we aim to deliver your beauty and lifestyle products safely and efficiently across South Africa.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During promotional periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


4. Courier Service

We use Aramex Store-to-Door for all deliveries.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Aramex:

  • A tracking number will be provided (where available).

  • Delivery updates are managed by the courier.


5. Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners, Savara is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Strikes, unrest, or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter with the courier in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.


6. Risk & Delivery

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act:

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details,

  • Failure to collect,

  • Refusal of delivery,

additional re-shipping fees may apply.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Savara will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied at checkout.
